As part of the implementation of the contract award process by a person to whom the public contracting authority will provide more than 50% or 50% or less of funds for the supply of goods, the execution of construction works and the provision of services from the NFP is being implemented according to the currently valid Uniform Guide for applicants/recipients to the process and control of public procurement, (further on in the text also "manual" in the appropriate grammatical form).
