ADVANTAGES OF BCTS 1-6 SYSTEM
WHAT IS BCTS?
Biocompact system for waste water treatment (Bio Compact Treatment System). The produced excessive sludge is drained and can further be used to compost or liquidate with communal waste. Treated water can be released to the recipient, to subsoil irrigation or to accumulate in a tank for further use.
DOMESTIC WWTP BCTS 1 – 6
Dedicated for treatment of waste water from small resources such as separate and group family houses, pension houses, appartment houses, restaurants, cafeterias, schools, ski centers, cottages, small operated facilities ... WWTP in this standard range are designed for 2 to 60 population equivalents /EO/ while keeping the daily loading per 1 EO of waste water quantity Q24 =150 l and contamination BSK5 = 60 g per day. The plants include one circular plastic tank. Inside the tank, plastic walls split the inner space to the sections by occur: denitrification, nitrification and separation. This design prevents from organic contamination, nitrogen as well as phosphorus. The produced secondary contamination from WWTP includes just a drained sludge with dry residue 15 to 20 %, which can be used for composting, for gardening or can be liquidated with communal waste. That WWTP is located near the contamination source, no rakings occur thank to a perfect design of preliminary treatment.
OPERATION OF WWTP BCTS 1 – 6
It is characterized by quiet operation, long service life and simple service, which is carried out by every owner. The produced excessive sludge does not smell and liquidates in solid form. Treated water can be released to the recipient, to subsoil irrigation or to accumulate in a tank for grass watering.
TREATMENT PROCESSES
All treatment processes are automated within a week cycle or longer period. WWTP is of an automated control, with occasional servicing /1 time per week/ consisting of a blower inspection and checking the technical and technology parameters.
TECHNICAL SOLUTION
Highly variable, easy to customize. The plant can either be installed underground or aboveground, in the grass, with the roof, in the house basement, in the existing septic or cesspit. Can be covered with wooden, PVC or sheet cover or open /inside the building/.
REQUIREMENTS
No raw substances or chemicals are needed for WWTP operation. The plant works on a biological purification principle, electric power supply only is needed. Technology parameters, technical data, possibility of the plant imbedding according to the depth of sewage system.
SERVICE, GUARANTEE AND REPAIRS
Technology and technical servicing within 24 hours upon the contractual conditions and upon notice. WWTP applied warranty period is 24 months since start-up. Repairs within 24 hours.
PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
Waste water treatment plant BCTS acquired the approval from the Ministry of Health of SR No. 9261/2001 – ŠZSR, Certificate No. 00552/104/2/2002, Conformity Certificate No. 0902A/02/0036/1/C/C03 issued by the Technical Testing Institute in Piešťany and Conformity Certificate to the technical and legislation requirements: Certificate No. 00079/104/2/2008 dated 6.11.2008 Waste water treatment plants type BCTS variant BCTS 1 – BCTS 6.
