WWTP RECONSTRUCTION, UPGRADE AND INTENSIFICATION
Dôvodom na rekonštrukciu, prípadne intenzifikáciu ČOV je jej nevyhovujúca skladba a nepostačujúca kapacita, vzhľadom na potreby danej aglomerácie s navýšením počtu obyvateľov.
Našim cieľom je pri projektovaní rekonštrukcie a intenzifikácie ČOV aplikovať najnovšie poznatky vedy a vedecko-technického rozvoja tak, aby boli efektívne využité kapacity existujúcej ČOV.
EXAMPLE NO. 1: WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, JAMNÍK
In June 2016, the company EKOSERVIS SLOVENSKO performed the reconstruction of waste water treatment plant – intensification of two biological units of waste water treatment plant and rough pre-treatment. We focused on improving the biological process of treatment in the conditions of hydraulic overload hazard. The reconstruction of waste water treatment plant included construction of rough pre-treatment, reconstruction of distribution chambers, replacement of aeration system including the delivery of new blowers, repair and sealing the concrete tanks, structures repair, reconstruction of sludge treatment, sludge tank modification, distribution piping replacement.
EKOSERVIS performed all the works within 3 weeks without shutting down the existing WWTP operation. During the reconstruction works, one of the units was in operation. WWTP intensification was financed by the Environmental Fund of the Ministry of Environment SR. The works have been performed at top quality, new operating manual has been prepared and two persons of the personnel have been trained for WWTP servicing.
PROJECT AND ENVIRONMENT
WWTP will have a beneficial impact on the environment. No noise is produced by the operation, no aerosol formation by water dispersing, no sensoric damage (odour). WWTP operation is automatic-controlled based on set up technology parameters on weekly or monthly basis. Purification process is based on long-term activation with an entire sludge stabilization with fine-bubble aeration system. A produced excessive sludge does not decompose and does not smell. The quantity of produced sludge is minimized by the purification process, does not decompose and can be further applied in liquid or solid form, in agriculture, forestry, for composting.
