CONTAINER WWTP BCTS

Dedicated for small sources of sewage or industrial waste water. Typical customers include small villages (also without sewage pipeline), mountain hotels, campings, highway hotels, fuel pumping stations, small industrial facilities, etc. High quality of treated water enables release to the recipient or to rain sewage pipeline or further utilization as technology water.

BIOLOGICAL REACTOR

Container unit includes mechanical pre-treatment, denitrification, nitrification, separation, sludge tank and other technology stages according to the treatment technology requirements. Compressed air source – blower and electrical switchboard is part of supply scope. All treatment processes are automated in a day, or week set-up mode.

WARRANTY

48 months warranty for a complete WWTP. Mechanical equipment, such as blowers, pumps have 24 months warranty. We provide the warranty and after-warranty servicing within 24, or max 48 hours respectively /including the weekends and official holidays/ since recording the failure.

STANDARD SCOPE OF DELIVERY INCLUDES

Tank including inner walls, aeration system ÄTE65, blower with air piping, sludge thickening including the pump, sludge tank, electric switchboard, valves, connection of inlet and outlet sewage pipeline, installation, technology and switchboard, work tools, operation manual, start-up, service personnel training.
